Excellent customer service! In the past, they were the only company I contacted when an outlet was not working. The woman who answered the phone helped me troubleshoot to avoid someone coming to the house (just needed to press a reset button, I know, duh) but some companies would actually come out and charge for this! So I've always kept their number for this main reason of being reputable and ethical. Hard to find in today's world. Today they replaced a faulty dimmer switch and their pricing is fair and reasonable. Planning to use them to replace a ceiling fan next.
