MIKE from Insight Pest Control (Olympia) has been really helpful to protect my new home from rodents. He did a crawlspace inspection, laid out bait boxes on the property, and said "If you SEE something, SAY something". When my contractor found an old nest in the home and I found an old nest in the garage I called and Mike was there the next day to address the issues and also spray for spiders (I hate them!!!) so when I move in that is not an issue.
