Then one day, while getting my hair cut at The Refined Man, Shawna recommended I try a session with their massage therapist, Chantel. I made the appointment and it was a game changer!
Chantel introduced me to techniques like hot stone and cupping, which I previously dismissed as ineffective. But, in Chantel’s hands those techniques finally make sense and are now a regular part of my therapeutic regime. She is genuinely concerned with helping me reduce pain, increase mobility, and improving my quality of life.

Great experience. Loved being in the shop. Awesome vibe. The only thing that knocked off one of the stars is that my stylist had long talon fingernails that were anything but pleasent. I told her I had just washed my hair before I came and it was still wet. She assured me they had great hair products and she kept asking and I LOVE having my hair washed so I gave in. It turned into something I just had to get through rather than an enjoyable experience. I don't know how other people feel about these talons. These might feel good to someone with a really itchy scalp or something but I was unable to appreciate them.
