I have fine wavy/curly hair and am growing out my natural color after nearly 2 decades of blonding. I’ve struggled to find a good balance between quality and price in Olympia, but OlyCurl delivers. The initial cost is pricey, but it includes a lot of information and training. I like that they offer bang trims for $8 that you can do in between full on cuts. All of the products that were recommended to me were the same price as what I was paying for my hair products from Ulta (which claimed to be good for curls but had a lot of hidden, harmful additives). I am blown away with how hydrated and defined my curls are after visiting this salon. My curls were so beyond lifeless that other salons have questioned my claim of having curly hair. This is exactly the place to go to learn how to love your curls!
I’m so glad I found OlyCurl! I’ve been on a journey back to my natural hair for YEARS now, and there’s not a lot of curly hair specialists in the area. Not only do they cut/style your curls, but they TEACH you the best ways to maintain YOUR curls - from products, care, styling, everything. They always tell you all the products they used so you can achieve the same look at home. Curly hair is such a process but you can tell they put their heart into everything so you can love your curls too! Highly recommend if you’re on a your curly hair journey or wanted to learn more on how to care for your curls!
