“Horrible time. Went in for data transfer, took 3 weeks.. store very cold at night, and they didn't even offer me any food while I waited. Did get to know the employees a bit during the long wait. However, ended up reading the book I'd brought WAY before the transfer way done. All in all, not an experience I would want to repeat, unless next time they offered me snacks [for clarity purposes, obviously this is intended as a joke, hence the rating]”

“While driving cross country from Vermont my Asus Zenfone 10 wouldn't charge or read the SIM. Brought it to Knight Tech and got it back a day later and everything is back to normal. Other services in the area wouldn't look at it because it's not something they know.
