Incredible service and artistry! Lily gives some of the best foot and neck massages I've ever experienced and Phoebe has such a light and steady hand when it comes to both the Russian and French manicures and nail art. Lily and Phoebe took their time to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and that I was comfortable the entire visit.
