“Our water pressure valve gave out on Super Bowl Sunday, causing major flooding in our basement. Needless to say, it was a stressful time, and trying to schedule with plumbers wasn't easy. Most businesses I contacted told me they would need to send out a technician to diagnose the issue before they could even give me a rough quote. Fortunately, Terry Home Repairs came in with the best flat quote for replacing the valve by far.Mr. Terry showed up at exactly the agreed upon time--which is not something I can say for other contractors--and promptly went to work. He was very respectful of my home and my time. He was able to explain exactly what needed to be done. His pricing was not predatory at all. They worked well as a team and bounced ideas and learning tips between each other while replacing parts on the sump pump. I happened to ask a question about my hot water taking awhile to push upstairs and while looking at my hot water heater your crew discovered some issues that might need to be looked at. They collaborated about the pressure on the gauge and determined my pressure value was also failing. I was thankful for their time to answer my questions and the light hearted funny conversation we had. “UPDATE!! During our recent routine inspection, our Meade's tech was not happy with how our thermostat was performing. It was a couple of degrees off. He replaced it just like that! I remember a quote from Ben Merrifield (of Meade's) from a podcast he joined as a guest. "Treat others the way you want to be treated."
