The technician arrived at my house as promised and was thorough in explaining what he was going to do for the initial serve fee. He put together several options for my consideration and explained the pros and cons of each option. I had several other quotes and feel like I was able to make the right decision based on functionality and safety with Absolute Electric. The work has not been completed yet but I have no reservations that it will not be done to my satisfaction.
