Recently treated my mother to some "me" time by spoiling her with a facial here at ME with Lorraine!Upon entering, first impressions were that the receptionist was friendly and attentive, establishment was nice and clean and the esthetician Lorraine was beyond informative and friendly. Would highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you're in the market for a facial or chemical peel! She was also very detailed and meticulous. 10/10!

I love this ME location! I have been a member for awhile..and travel with my job a lot so have been to many locations..but this is my favorite! I love Traci at the front desk...always nice and helpful! Just had a life-changing 90 minute stretch/massage with Charles! I love Lorraine for facials! They are all wonderful here!

I am shocked they barely has 3 stars. This is the best Massage Envy I've been to for facials. Trying to find a good esthetician is so hard. I've been to almost every Massage envy in Northern VA, from Reston to Chantilly to Leesburg. Not only did I finally find one great esthetician I found two! Laylah (completely butchering her name so sorry) was the first esthetician who I loved but tragically left the company. They replaced her with Lorraine who was also amazing and knew exactly what my skin needed. The front desk is always so sweet and kind. I would trust these ladies with any product recommendation! Every product I've purchased here have became must haves in my skin...read full review
