The facial aesthetician that I had started ten minutes late and ended ten minutes early. She kept talking the entire time and it was very hard to relax. Nice girl, but there’s a time and place for heavy conversation and a facial or a massage is not it. Both of the store managers of this location had reached out to me and fixed the situation to make up for the poor facial experience so I’m giving it 3 stars.

From the moment I stepped into the serene setting, Trey made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. His approach is not only professional but also genuinely caring.

Recently treated my mother to some "me" time by spoiling her with a facial here at ME with Lorraine!Upon entering, first impressions were that the receptionist was friendly and attentive, establishment was nice and clean and the esthetician Lorraine was beyond informative and friendly. Would highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you're in the market for a facial or chemical peel! She was also very detailed and meticulous. 10/10!
