Been using these folks since we bought our house many years ago. Called recently for a blockage first thing in the morning on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Tim was super helpful in walking me through where the issue might be to make sure it was something they could fix without wasting our time and money.Even though he said it might be a few hours till he had someone out to us, German was on-site in less than an hour and helped identify and fix the problem immediately, and even gave some tips on some things we could do to save a service call next time. Edger and his crew came out and pumped our septic tank and added the green lid to it. They were efficient and fast. They are responsive and they come to work and get the job done right.

Five Star Septic has serviced my last 2 pump outs. So my review covers a 5 year time period. Both times, I appreciated a live person answering my call promptly, I was able to schedule service within a day or two, price was better than other quotes, they arrived as stated, friendly technician and good follow up with forms for county and invoice emailed next day.
