Went to the Tile Hop in Sterling, VA to get ideas for a kitchen backsplash. They had just what we wanted so I made the order. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Order came on time. Product was great and so was the price. Not my first project with this store. Have always been satisfied.
As one of the designers, Tim walked me through potential options to find the right materials and colors to help me buy tile for two showers plus floor and wall tiles. After ordering the tile, I had a number of design changes and Tim was always helpful and prompt in working through the changes and making sure my project was on schedule; he even personally delivered tile to my house. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise in helping me with the design and getting my materials on time.
