“We went with Shiner to replace all 26 windows in our house. From the sales call to the actual installation, Shiner was professional, courteous, and responsive. We had easy contact with the project coordinator, who kept us informed with progress of our install. The only delay was the window manufacturer running a week late producing our large order (not Shiner's fault). When he came out it turns out the stop tap isn’t isolating what it’s supposed to and has come up with a plan to fix a problem that I wasn’t aware was a problem. He came out to me on a Saturday morning which I am super grateful for. He’s a lovely gentleman and a very easy person to talk with and explains everything that he plans to do so that you can also understand.
