Kudos to the staff at Heritage Animal Hospital for a successful visit with my animals. I have a Shiba Inu and she is a very difficult dog. To the credit of this animal care team, they were able to examine her and provide the most needed vaccinations. Also, I was surprised at the affordability of the visit. Thank you Dr. Karuturi and to your caring knowledgeable team.
I took my dog for neutering, and the staff was incredibly friendly and caring. Ms. Sarah handled my dog so gently, and he felt very comfortable going in without any fuss, which is unusual for him compared to our experiences at other hospitals.
Dr. Surya is one of the best vets I’ve met so far. He took the time to explain everything clearly — from the procedure and prescription to post-surgical care — and made sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Really appreciate the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy veterinary team
I adopted two cats about a month ago and Heritage Animal Hospital has been a source of great comfort and care as we deal with a parasite issue. The entire staff are very caring, patient, and kind as I navigate options for medicating cats that are shy and still getting settled in a new home. The whole team there is very kind and thorough in their explanations of treatment options and involve me in the decision making process as much as possible to help us have the best chance for success. I am so grateful to have found this veterinary practice.
