I had Nick replace the inner parts of my three 40 year old toilets. He took care of them all after making sure I understood all my options to deal with aging toilets. They all worked like new when he left. Unfortunately, later in the day of repairs, one of the three toilets seemed unable to flush completely. I called Wacker and they apologized for the trouble and sent Nick back. He augered the toilet that was not working well, and that fixed the issue. There was no charge for the visit and fix.
