I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Kelly and Dr. Victoria both have been amazing to work with — they listen to my symptoms and tailor treatment accordingly. I have noticed significant improvement in my pelvic floor symptoms, and I have learned how to focus on my deep core while maintaining my exercise routine. At the same time, the practice’s space is calm ing and well-equipped — I look forward to my weekly sessions.

This place really helped me during my pregnancy and after! Dr. Grishma in particular worked with me during my postpartum phase after a rough delivery, and I was able to fully heal. I didn't end up with any major issues which a lot of women think is normal after giving birth. You hear that some of those things like hemorrhoids, peeing when you sneeze, etc, are always going to be there after you have kids and Orthopelvic educated me and helped me so that they were not the new normal. I visited OrthoPelvic Physical Therapy after experiencing UTI symptoms that weren't showing up on a urine test or being helped by antibiotics. After doing some research, I realized it could possibly be my pelvic floor. During my consultation, it was explained that my unbalanced core and tight hips could be also contributing to my symptoms. After about 2 sessions, my UTI symptoms disappeared. I'm so happy I found OrthoPelvic PT. Dr. Lauren and Dr. Brita were great!
