Fred went over and beyond to make sure we could have our carpet ordered and installed in time to sell our home. Fred even offered to show us carpet they was less expensive and same quality wherein he could have just let us order the carpet we first picked and make more money. Fred was SO helpful! We got a rug runner for our stairs and the process was simple and affordably priced. We were able to take samples home with us, we were not pressured by sales people, and our end product was fantastic. It took about 2 weeks from start to finish. Can't say enough about every step of the process and the great service here. They even made a hall runner and entry rug for us with the leftover carpet! We will come back again and again.
