I have been using Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air for several years now. I have used other contractors but I always tend to come back to Cardinal due to their focus on customer service and pleasing the customer. I have now had everything from plumbing installation and repair, to HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair done through Cardinal and can't say enough about how much they value their customers. I would like to say that they aren't the least expensive place around, but after getting quotes from others in the area, I have concluded that it's just a really expensive industry right now and Cardinal's prices tend to be competitive, especially with the Nest plan.
Wiley was great! He arrived on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and showed photos of the repairs he made as he things were fixed. He ensured his repairs solved the problem and worked very quietly throughout the complicated process. He was also very kind to my puppy and daughter - thanks for the great service!
