Nationwide Insurance: Terence F Dugan Jr Lutcf

I don't understand what happened to this guy Terrace Dugan the one that owns this office he shut down his office and now he's working out of his home for different company and he's out just to get people for more money he start raising my insurance every 2-3 months I get a raise on the insurance rate and then they Decline and accident that I had and they didn't pay me so I had to cancel that company and go with different company I do not recommend this company

I've had all of my policies with Terry Dugan for years. He always provides excellent customer service. Home, cars, son and daughters on policy, my motorcycle. He always responds quickly and has always taken care of us!
