After our cat had two seizures over the weekend I booked an emergency appointment at another vet. They quoted me $200 just for the appointment. When I showed up the said they had no doctors to see us and they had moved my appointment time from 8am to 8pm. When I said it couldn’t wait, the very apologetic desk worker suggested Sterling Park. I called immediately and even though they didn’t have a single app available they said to come in at 1pm and they’d see her. The doctor listened to my description of the seizures and then took the cat away for blood testing and an exam. I cannot say enough about Dr. Eastin, Julie, Aldene and the dear gals at the front desk. We had been taking our sweet little Chihuahua Shredder to Sterling Park Animal Hospital since 2017 when we moved to Sterling. This was an exceptional little girl who was well loved at the hospital. Dr. Eastin saw us through some very difficult medical care with her. Our little girl who had IVDD in her neck and back and Mitral Valve Disease which he managed with great care and concern was a fighter. Julie and Aldene clipped and dremeled her toenails which grew hooked every month, doing so slowly with oxygen breaks in between. Dr. Eastin and Julie were absolutely the best since I began bringing my dog here. I had to make the hardest decision of my life yesterday. They made everything as comfortable as possible and you can tell they really care about their clients and the animals. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thank you all so much for everything.
