I’m big believer in customer service. The first phone call I made was amazing! The receptionist was kind, friendly and informative. This is the first person who represents the Countryside. It was my first visit with my new dog so I was a little nervous. The Vet tech did an outstanding job, documenting my concerns, asking me questions plus giving Melo attention. I met the Vet who was amazing. They took their time with Melo they made sure all my questions were answered and I left knowing that Countryside truley care about animals.
I needed an emergency appointment since my dog was having symptoms and was not eating. Our regular vet was not available that day so I called countryside animal clinic. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. Dr Valentino did some labs right away that helped her diagnosed my dog’s condition and to provide a treatment plan. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her knowledge. Dr Valentino was so empathetic and caring.
I loved my experience here. We brought our dog in for an emergency check out, they were able to fit us in to their busy day and offered us their undivided attention and care. The doctors and technicians were very reassuring and helpful. I plan on bringing our other dogs here.
