Frank Cullen Inc., replaced and installed a new Carrier 5 ton heat pump unit after our old one of 12 yrs died. They responded by sending someone out quickly, assed the situation and gave us pricing. I had a previous quote from my existing HVAC contractor whom I've been with for many years, they priced themselves out of the job.
