I highly recommend this family-owned, local business. The owner, Irvin, gave me an honest quote, explained the process, and came out two days later and performed the job himself with an assistant. He even took time to cut into the drywall very neatly and keep the pieces intact so I could tape and float easily without buying more drywall. Great price and great service!

Rental of Commercial Ozone Generator.
First, I have to speak to the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge in relation to their entire staff. I had an incident where I needed to urgently remove an acrid smoke smell, as a result of a sawdust bag from a belt sander that ignited and smoldered. I called my usual go to rental shops, and they all referred me to Sunbelt, that alone says a lot. I looked price to purchase at Home Depot and Lowe’s, but those machines are not industrial grade. Sunbelt Climate Controls has that covered. Ran the Ozone generator for 3 days for an area of 600 sqf, but with the directions provided by the team, running fans, it neutralized an area 1680 sqf. Price to rent was attractive and cost effective. Totally awesome, and they have my business for life. Highly recommend. Also, had a few guests come by and they said it smelled like a freshly cleaned 5 star hotel room. Other benefit, any bug (mosquitoes in my case) dies. The machine, the company, and team are great!

Awesome experience with this company's team member Collin. Friendly and customer oriented with a focus on doing great work. We had two 50 gallon water heaters that needed to be hauled away and replaced. I was able to make an appointment quickly and convenient with my schedule. Collin showed up on time and finished the job in the amount of time he forecasted. Definitely will use this company again if I have plumbing issues. Thanks again Collin for all your hard work.

My city decided in 2025 to require a back flow test that had to be done by mid October. I contacted ATX Backflow and their tech was out within a few days. Quick and easy, and my tech was super polite and knowledgeable.
All State Plumbing just finished a job for me - one that other companies weren't offering me and weren't sure could be done but through some research, I found out is the way that it NEEDED to be done. On my 1st call to All State, I was told with no hesitation they could do it. I am THRILLED with the work they did. Tyrone was my technician/specific plumber. He was very professional, polite, took extra care to do the work as best as it could be, answered all my questions (and there were a LOT of them!), and made sure I understood what I needed to know so that I could winterize what I need to without paying a plumber twice a year to take care of it for me. I am old school and remember when customer service was a given. Now, quality customer service is hard to find. Tyrone and this company exceeded the high standard that I feel that I should be able to expect. Kevin and John were the ones that answered my phone calls. Immediately talking with them, my gut told me that I was going to be happy with their service. My gut is rarely wrong! Not only do I believe that I've found a plumbing company that I can trust, will put me 1st, and will return phone calls when promised (unlike Abacus and Reliant), I plan to have them service my HVAC system as well. Thank you All State Plumbing Heat & AIr. (And how did I decide to call them in the 1st place, my doctor recommended them - another happy customer!)

It was my first time spray tanning and Natalie made my whole experience amazing. I was nervous but with her extensive knowledge and patience with the whole process from start to finish I was happy with my visit.
Kaitlyn was super sweet and apologetic today. Once again the Versapro was out of the bronzer I use. She was very honest that what they did have in stock would not be a good color match for me. She set me up in the Sunscape with what would work best for me. She made the best of a bad situation that wasn’t her fault. Disappointed that PBT has been out of the bronzer all week.

PRIME NAILS BAR in Round Rock was the nicest nail establishment I have ever visited. It was quiet except for the soft music piped in for everyone’s enjoyment. Every nail station, and there were many, was pristine. This was my first visit and Linda had been referred to me by a good friend. Well, she will be my SNS nail tech for every visit. I had an accident several years ago to help my daughter not fall but instead my face took the fall. I had to get stitches on my chin and the whole right side of my face was wrecked. I’d show a picture but it is graphic. My face scared the providers when I went to urgent care. I thought I’d have a scar forever but thanks to Chamagne, no one can tell the accident ever happened.

Clean facility. Relaxing and warming Spa environment. I got a custom facial with Natalie. Before the facial, she was very intentional with discussing my skin care concerns and goals. She educated me on some new tips about how some of my favorite foods might be associated with acne breakouts.
Natalie knows her stuff about skin care, and it shows. The products were sooo gentle and hydrating on my sensitive skin, and I even fell asleep. Great hands and massage to the face and upper body, ahhh...Wonderful experience and I will be back!!
Dave is absolutely phenomenal! My skin hasn't ever looked this great before. I've done almost every service he offers- from microneedling, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, to skin tightening. He is very light handed with his tools and I've never bled from a service. Aside from his superb work, he educates you about each service, always gives you information for aftercare, and is very honest. I've been seeing Dave since November and am definitely a customer for life!

Nate and Eli were exceptional. Had a leaky valve and assembly issue going into my dry wall. My shower valve and assembly was replaced and they went in with a clean cut on the shared bedroom to do the work. That wall cut is perfect for a panel we want to install. It was an old 1970s-style drain stopper that had broken, and all I wanted was for it to be removed so the tub would drain properly. I called Kinsey Plumbing this morning, and although they initially scheduled me for tomorrow, they called back shortly afterward because they had a cancellation and were able to come out the same day. I just want y'all to know that over a 6 year period my office manager Gloria Ann Roman managed to hijack my money, my website, and my emails. Really my whole life, including my house, wife, and kids. She targeted me years before I ever met her through Donna Thomas with Dt Outsourcing who was supposed to be my bookkeeper. She worked with Brandon Griggs at UFCU on 79 and falsified documents for laundering. The Money Reserve has a guilty member Mike Stuboy O'Brien who has created falsified documents and laundering money. On top of all that I did have an account Benard Ruelas with BR Tax Group who never mentioned a joint account was created, and 400,000 dollars was transferred from my UFCU business account to Gloria Romans personal account Benard Ruelas never mentioned. every single one of these people listed also manipulated my ein number. Well I'm here at a big loss, I worked hard for mine and don't have to screw others over, and I will rise to the top again to be among the legendary. These people are all going to get their big o slice of Karma and hopefully be made an example out of so they never do this again. It a big DILL... It's taken me 3 years of my life to do my investigation, and we all know evil will always get beaten down by good. Well almost everyone of my many clients loved me because I am good at heart, helped many of people in need. I don't deserve this and I will prosper and this shall pass. I recently hired BAE Electric to install light fixtures in my kitchen. They arrived on-time and ready to get to work. What I really appreciated was that they asked for my thoughts on the height of the fixtures and provided recommendations on the standard lengths most people tend to use. Before permanently installing the fixtures they asked me whether the length looked good, so I felt like they were doing their best to make sure I was as happy as possible, which I certainly was. This is the second time we have used Matt, and we're glad we did. We had a large building fire (4 units) and needed a lot of work to be done and upgraded to current codes. As in the past, Matt was responsive, professional, and detailed in his timely bid. His electricians were friendly and hard-working. Matt's knowledge of the City's current electrical code requirements was extremely helpful in getting the 4 units through electrical inspections without a hitch. His attention to detail really made a difference. Though clearly very busy with other jobs, he was able to meet our timeline to get our tenants back in their flats. His pricing, though not inexpensive, was fair and reasonable for a job well done.

Axis did an incredible job on a variety of projects for us. We had a second story water heater dump water into our kitchen and they restored the kitchen ceiling for us. They also built a platform and added water and electrical hookups so that we could put a fridge/freezer in our garage. We found out about them through neighbors who have had larger projects completed by Axis; building an external garage, full kitchen remodels, and more. I witnessed bees coming in and out of the weep holes in the brick on the side of my house. I did try calling another business that didn’t call back. I found Oakley online and gave them a call.
Randy told me up front what he might need to do to get them out and that possible cost. He was able to come by fairly quickly. We didn’t observe any bees coming out at that time. He was able to test and determine that those were probably just scouting bees and didn’t like my space thankfully. Randy was very nice and efficient! This was my first time needing a tree trimming service so I called around, got ignored by multiple businesses, got outrageously overpriced quotes from others…then I called Austex Tree Service.
Their price was fair for the amount of work I needed and Hale even made recommendations. I took his advice, accepted his quote and his crew started the very next day. Mine was a large job but they sent multiple workers and covered it in one afternoon.
After the work was done, the foreman walked my property with me to ensure that I was happy with the finished product before payment was made. They left the site cleaner than it was before they arrived, like they were never there.

First time to a chiropractor. Dr Grant took time to talk and evaluate my situation. About 5 adjustments were done to help my back pain. I could feel a good difference throughout the day. I go back tomorrow for another visit.
Dr CaHill is not only incredible at what she does but after a few sessions with her she felt like a friend. She worked miracles on my lower back pain but also figured out how to long-term address my ongoing tightness. The only downside is that she fixed me so I don’t get to go see her every week anymore!
My back and hip joint got out of alignment somehow over quite a long period of time. I was finally able to get back to the chiropractor. Ryan was available quickly and I am so glad, too. He listened and then immediately went to work on straightening as much out as possible and put a plan together for me to get me back in shape for a semi-active lifestyle that I want back.
I have been treated by Dr. Ernesto Medina for various injuries, including a shoulder injury from exercising and ligament injuries in both feet from playing soccer. I noticed an irregular looking mole on my ankle and was referred by my PCP. The doctor who saw me was attentive and took my concern seriously, she biopsied it right then and there. Lo' and behold, it was pre-cancer. She also gave me an exam to check for other suspicious-looking moles and noticed something on my shoulder she also removed. They saved me from something terrible. Amazing care and attentiveness to their patients. I am happy with how the care team calls to ask for updates to check how my pet is doing after treatments and operations. In my experience, this is not super common so I am super happy to have found a veterinary clinic that cares this much. The atmosphere in the office is very welcoming. Excellent service and care!

I would not take my fur baby anywhere else. The staff is friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby in Dr. Sage’s very capable hands. Most importantly, she figured out what was wrong with my fur baby, after other vets could not and recommended her. Highly recommend!
I absolutely adore the staff here! Very helpful. I was having some trouble giving a client his medication and they helped me quickly. I am thankful when my phone wasn't making calls or sending emails, I just popped in with a picture of our clients booty and they helped me immediately with information of a otc solution. Love the people here!
They were super gentle and patient with our kitten, and even let us know about their 50% specials on vaccines Wednesdays & Fridays.

Had a great experience here getting my new dog vaccinated and checked out. Dr. Kniffen was caring, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything which I appreciated. Medications and services were reasonably priced too. Glad I decided to try this clinic and looking forward to continued pet care at this practice.

We recently rescued an abused dog who is quite timid and skittish so we wanted a groomer that would come to us. We’re so blessed to have called Jaime because he was sooooo good with our guy. He immediately put our boy at ease and did a wonderful job giving him a summer trim. Highly recommend!!

Marc has always gone above and beyond, no matter how busy he was, to fit us into his schedule. That level of dedication is so rare, and it never went unnoticed. Knowing Tango and Oliver were with someone who genuinely loved them gave me complete peace of mind every single time.

LOVE THIS STUDIO!! Lots of different classes offered, including many special events. So many great teachers here too! I've had my membership here for over a year and have really enjoyed my time with this studio and building a community of friends. There are also lots of educational opportunities here if you are interested in becoming a teacher or deepening your personal practice. 1000000/10 💜

Ken is a true wizard. I’m grateful I found him so my 5mo daughter could receive a session to release tension and tightness from the womb, birth and early life. She was noticeably more open and calm at the end. What a gift to give this to our children so they can start out on a better foot (literally).

This was something I didn’t even know I needed as much as I did. Teresa was amazing! She was very informative and answered all of my questions. She took her time and ensured my comfortability at each stage. I really appreciated how thorough she was and how she addressed all of my concerns. Give it a try if you’re wanting to improve mobility/range of motion, or even if you’re just looking for a good stretch!
I will say that coming to Amber for my post surgery massages has been a game changer. After getting surgery with Dr. Jung (Jung Money) I visited 7 places in San Antonio to continue my post recovery lymphatic massages and I was so disappointed with every place I went. After contacting Dr. Jung, he recommended Amber. It came to see her and my results have been amazing! I’m willing to drive from San Antonio to see her because she is truly the best! I came to her East Austin Location so is easy access to the freeway. I would recommend her work to anyone! Her place is clean and welcoming, so relaxing and she has all the equipment to make a post Op person be comfortable for massages. She uses different techniques depending on what she determines you need. She is amazing!!! So glad I found her!
10/10 best deep tissue massage of my life. One session addressed nerve/muscle compression I've been dealing with for years that PT didn't fix. Joyce understands the human body to a degree maybe not even understood by science. She was able to precisely deconstruct areas of seized tissue in a way that I am still legitimately shocked by. She also showed me some stretches to help keep some of my issues from coming back. Today was my first day back in the gym since my session and all my lifts were up, and my range of motion is unbelievable. My circulation has also improved. I feel like a new human. Thank you Joyce!

Kelly is amazing. She’s clearly exceptionally gifted - she knew exactly how much pressure to use in every place - I never once felt the need to say more pressure or less pressure, which is usually the case - even with very good technicians.
I woke up this morning with severe pain in my shoulder that led to shooting pain down my back and up my neck. I booked a same day appointment - first available which was 9:30am. Which I loved btw, a lot of places don’t open that early.
After reading through the reviews, I noticed only 33 reviews but all 5 stars, which is a clear sign they are all likely legit customers and not a bunch of fake or purchased reviews.
After my 2 hour visit, and my husband booked a 1 hour session after me, we can both confirm it was exceptional and they now have two regular customers!
My shoulder pain went a from a level 8-9, to a 3-4, and I will book another visit at the end of the week, and I’m confident I will be pain free by next week.
Also, pricing is about as low as you can get for this quality. Very reasonable, and please consider tipping 25-30% to reward her for her talent and her low rates. She’s even better than most high end spas and her rates are probably 40% lower.

I’ve struggled with chronic back pain for years, and after trying so many different massage places, I honestly had very low expectations walking into Golden Massage. Most masseuses either go too soft, don’t understand muscle tension, or simply can’t provide the level of deep, professional work needed for real pain relief. But this experience completely changed my opinion.
From the moment I walked in, the spa was extremely clean, calm, and professional. You can immediately tell they care about customer comfort and maintaining a relaxing atmosphere.
The massage itself was honestly one of the best I’ve ever received. The therapist clearly understood anatomy, pressure points, and how to work deep muscle tension without causing unnecessary pain. My lower back and shoulders usually feel tight and stiff no matter what I try, but after just one hour, I walked out feeling relief I haven’t felt in a very long time. My flexibility improved, my pain level dropped dramatically, and I actually felt loose and relaxed instead of beaten up afterward.
What shocked me most was realizing how much difference true skill and experience make. I didn’t know a one-hour massage could create this much pain relief and mobility improvement when performed by someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing.
At this point, I honestly don’t think I can go anywhere else. Golden Massage set the standard for what a real professional massage should feel like. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with back pain, stress, muscle tightness, or anyone who simply wants a truly high-quality massage experience.

First time at this location and it was great. Helen was my massage therapist and she really helped alleviate my aches. Highly recommend. Only thing was that I was a little cold (naturally I get cold easy) but they gave me a blanket which helped a little. If they had heated blankets I'd give 6 stars 🙂
I have been seeing Joe for my post concussion recovery, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Dealing with the vertigo symptoms of a concussion is incredibly challenging, but Joe’s approach has been both knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain the 'why' behind every exercise, which helped me feel much more confident in my progress. If you are looking for a physical therapist who truly understands post-concussion rehabilitation, I highly recommend booking an appointment here!

There are not enough superlatives to express how very much I appreciate the three wonderful therapists at Advanced Physical Therapy. They each gave me wonderful one-on-one care, made me feel seen both as a patient as well as a human, and made me laugh numerous times.
Jen, Jan and Julie have created a fantastic atmosphere in their clinic. It is warm, welcoming, and above all, not intimidating. Each step of the way they show you how to reach a better state of being, how to conquer your pain and will your body to behave. I didn't leave completely cured, but I did leave feeling better and knowing the skills to keep my body in check.
I can't say enough about how great Results Physiotherapy was. I had two shoulder replacements, and the progress I've made is amazing, thanks in large part to the outstanding care I received from all of the Physical Therapists including Daniella, Chris and Rachel.
The therapists were knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging every step of the way. They knew when to push me and when to adjust my treatment, and they always took the time to answer my questions and explain what we were working on. Their expertise and positive attitude made a challenging recovery much easier.
The entire staff was wonderful—from the front office to the therapists. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my recovery. Maria, the office manager was especially helpful and friendly and always made scheduling and any questions I had easy to handle.

When my HVAC Contractor told me he was going to acupuncture and that I needed to try it, I was skeptical at first but decided to try it. I was privileged to meet Louise; she seemed genuinely interested in why I was seeking acupuncture and what I hoped to gain. After 69 years of abusing my body, I left feeling like I was in my 40s again. Louise is very attentive, knows exactly where and how to treat your pain through her knowledge of the human body. You have to try acupuncture at least once. I have been a patient of Louise's for over a year and look forward to my once-a-week appointment. Oh, and by the way, Louise is a very nice human being.
I’ve been to 5-6 sessions and my hands feel so much better and I get better sleep!! The service is great, she is very nice.
Great experience. Dr. Li, at the Living Rock Acupuncture clinic has been great in explaining me how he would tackle the issue in my back and leg pain, taking a holistic approach to it. Since it was my first time doing acupuncture, he took time to explain me everything in detail and making me feel very relaxed. The sessions so far have been great and I am seeing an improvement after only a few sessions. Highly recommend him to everyone.
