Dealing with the vertigo symptoms of a concussion is incredibly challenging, but Joe’s approach has been both knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain the 'why' behind every exercise, which helped me feel much more confident in my progress. “I can't say enough about how great Results Physiotherapy was. I had two shoulder replacements, and the progress I've made is amazing, thanks in large part to the outstanding care I received from all of the Physical Therapists including Daniella, Chris and Rachel.<br>The therapists were knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging every step of the way. They knew when to push me and when to adjust my treatment, and they always took the time to answer my questions and explain what we were working on. Their expertise and positive attitude made a challenging recovery much easier.<br>The entire staff was wonderful—from the front office to the therapists. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my recovery. Maria, the office manager was especially helpful and friendly and always made scheduling and any questions I had easy to handle.<br>Recovering from shoulder replacement surgery isn't easy, but the team at Results Physiotherapy made the experience positive, informative and even fun! A big thank you to Alma, Paru, and Amy for making my recovery so much easier.<br><br>My deepest gratitude goes to my PT, Deepti. When I started, I truly believed I’d never make it up the stairs to my bedroom again. In just 15 days, she helped me believe in myself again. Her patience, encouragement, and confidence in me gave me back my independence and dignity. I’ll never forget what she did for me.<br><br>The only downside was the food—I just wish there had been more choices. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for better care.”
