I came to Dr. Pena with a torn disc that herniated in my L5/S1causing sciatica down my right side. I had chronic, sharp pains radiating down my right leg and could not sleep on my right side. I couldn't sleep through the night and was always up well before my alarm due to pain. I had to take IB Profin and Tylenol day and night just to make it bearable for many months. I had two steroid epidurals and therapeutic massage with chiropractic adjustment (at a diff company) and was still in pain. Dr. Pena's acupuncture with cupping gave me back my quality of life. I waited to write my review until my pain was gone and it is. I would highly recommend Dr. Pena.

The entire team is amazing! Isaiah, Dr Blair, Amanda, even the front office staff. I went in 2017 for my first pregnancy and now with my second and OMG they saved my back and round ligament issues. So grateful for their help!
