“Did an ultrasound, FNA, and PARR test for our cat here with Lymphoma and the experience went smoothly. The waiting room is cozy and colorful, and not lifeless like some medical places can be. They have free water and coffee which was super great and generous. Staff was very nice and very responsive to concerns and questions.

The only reason I'm knocking off a star is that they tool a while to send our cat's results to our oncologist. The following took place on late Friday morning - Sage called and informed us our cat's PARR test showed T-Cell Lyphoma. Our cat was declining and running out of time, and we needed the PARR test result sent to our oncologist ASAP so we could discuss treatment. We did express this to the front desk. We waited a couple hours and the results still weren't sent (we did contact Sage I believe twice asking if they had been sent) so we ended up contacting our oncologist and sending them our cat's results ourselves (that were sent to us via email quite quickly IIRC).

Rightfully and understandably so, I'm sure Sage is dealing with lots of patients and pet parents in similar situations as ours and don't have much time to help so many clients so quickly.

I would reccomend others in a similar situation to us in time-sensitive situations to ask your vet if you can send them the results yourself if you were already provided with copies.

Sage, please consider reccomending your clients in time-sensitive situations to do this. We weren't aware we could send the results ourselves, and it saved us some time in our cat's quickly declining situation.“
