I am 57 years old and always wanted to try yoga. After losing 40 lbs (and meeting Zelinda) I decided this was the time. The beginner series is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I haven’t felt uncomfortable or intimidated at all. Zelinda makes sure everyone is comfortable and is great about showing different ways to do things if the stretch or pose is uncomfortable. I love this place and plan on continuing after the beginner series.

I was very impressed with the online live yoga practice. I have been doing yoga for about two years now but only on YouTube this was my first live practice, and I will be signing up for more from Round Rock Yoga!

I love Round Rock Yoga and have been a participant for years. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. I love that classes are available on-line and in-person so that I can make it to class even when life gets in the way.
