When Beau’s soft tissue sarcoma returned aggressively and required a leg amputation, I was heartbroken and extremely anxious. Sammy, Dr. Matthew O’Donnell, and the entire Round Rock team treated Beau and me with incredible kindness and compassion. On 8/26 we made the unfortunate decision to say goodbye to our 13 year old, Paws. I cannot thank the staff that assisted us enough for all of the support and transparency throughout the entire process. We are eternally grateful for all of you; from front of the house to those working behind closed doors to provide families with budget friendly options and care to help their animals find comfort. Dr. Zacher is the only surgeon you will ever need for your dog or cat. Her assistant Sami is also a treasure.
My beautiful Sona, who is 5 years old and a 7/8 poodle and 1/8 golden retriever, ate one too many cloth objects. Several bites of the stuff got stuck in her intestines. Dr. Zacher made room for Sona on her Monday morning schedule. The surgery could not have gone better and, in 14 days Sona was fully recovered from it.
