Original Review: Have been trying to by a gift card on their website for an hour now- the website just absolutely doesn’t function- takes 20 minutes for anything to load and then just errors out on you when you try to check out. Done trying.Updated Review: After posting my original review someone from the business gave me a call to let me know my card hard actually gotten charged twice even through I had never received the gift card! She was very nice and professional in fixing the problem which I really appreciate. I appreciated them reaching out to make the problem right- I am just now waiting on the refund and gift card.
We came for a birthday party with an 18 month old and the staff and owner were INCREDIBLE with all the princesses of every age. They were all so sweet and patient with our very active little one. They treated her like a true princess. I was extremely nervous taking such a young child but they made this mama’s heart so happy as well as brought so much joy to our little princess
This was absolutely wonderful. Took my daughter for her 3rd birthday, she's the perfect age for this experience. Can't wait to come back with a bunch of friends in the future ?
