Dr. Cassens is truly knowledgeable, bubbly, and incredibly patient. I've brought both my rabbit and my puppy in on separate occasions, and the entire Emerald Vet team has been amazing to us both times! Dr. Cassens is a fantastic resource for tips and tricks on animal well-being. She was wonderfully gentle with my pets and made sure they felt comfortable and safe throughout their visits. Thank you, Emerald Vet! We'll definitely be back 😊🐰🐶
Emerald Vet is absolutely phenomenal in every way! The staff is kind & helpful, and Dr. Cassens is remarkable with our dog. I had no idea that our dog could LOVE going to the vet, but he absolutely does!!!! :) Dr. Cassens makes it a pleasant & fun experience from start to end. She is so patient with our dog and always knows exactly how to put him at ease. It's such a relief having a veterinarian we can truly trust and count on.
