Reported to KagaRoof and received prompt response, the quality assurance rep was sent out to verify the issue then the production team was scheduled to fix the issue. Work list was fairly short; cost to fix a few dozen minor wear & tear issues was very reasonable. Work was scheduled and a full team showed up to fix the caulk, flashing, and fasteners. Flashing fasteners were upgraded from nails to neoprene screws; roof penetrations were repaired and repainted; and new flashing was meticulously done. Work was neat as a pin; detailed photos of inspection and repairs were provided. Owner's agent was present for the inspection and the repairs.
