I love the atmosphere and intimacy of the rooms in different buildings next to each other. It's quiet and serene inside, unlike at other busy shopping plazas. They only employ the best, so go check it out. Major props to Mary Aponte LMT and Stefanie Hendrix LMT- they are incredible, intuitive massage therapists. Good prices for this center too.“

He explains what nerves are connected to your spine and adjusts accordingly. I've never had a chiropractor treat me like that or that knowledgeable. “As a disclaimer, I worked alongside Dr Wag & Dr Kinchen for 4 years in a previous life. That all out in the open, I just drove 40 minutes to see him after tweaking my neck/shoulder sleeping (yay, being over 40) and he worked wonders per usual. The guy is a staple in Austin sports therapy. Had a really effective session previously with Dr Linder as well.

Always great to come back, though I would rather not be a postural mess when I do, so maybe next time I’ll just show up with donuts and say ‘hi’ instead of making him work.“

“Dr. Mike helped me overcome severe neck and shoulder pain after months of repeated emergency room visits and inconclusive diagnoses. I was experiencing the worst pain of my life and was told it could be migraines, a bulging disc, or possibly a neurological issue. I underwent CT scans and an MRI, but each visit ended the same way—being sent home with muscle relaxers, NSAIDs, and pain medication, only for the pain to return shortly after.
Thankfully, a friend recommended Dr. Mike. From my first appointment, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my condition. Through consistent adjustments and massage therapy, he addressed the root cause of my pain rather than just the symptoms.
