My pup was able to be seen within an hour of me calling, then got a call that they could see her sooner. They accommodated her not being great with other pups by having us go in a side entrance. She got to see a doctor immediately, got X-rays and quality care in under an hour. They weren’t able to do her surgery that day, but made calls to make sure we had options. Her records and scans were already sent over when we arrived. Incredible care, super efficient. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing urgent pet care.

Genuinely the nicest vets we have ever experienced. We care about our dog so much and we can truly tell they do too. This was our first visit and we were given the best possible goodie bag! We’re so happy to find a primary vet!

I have a rescue dog who is terrified of the vet. We're doing happy visits to prevent fear before his big appointment to get shots done in a couple months.I appreciate the staff helping us reduce fear and make him comfortable.Edit from a year later: we couldn't have done this without the team from firehouse. My dog has made great strides and we have now taken him to boarding at Firehouse as well. Thank you for all your help guysEdit 2: were now three years out. I referred a friend who now takes her cat here. Can't recommend enough!
