“This company handles the pest control at my apartment complex, Tramor Oak Run and they’re basically just trap setters. We’ve had rodents in our apartment for the entire two years we’ve lived here because all they do is set traps and sometimes they catch one but it does nothing to solve the problem. I always ask them if they can find out how the rodents are getting in and start there but they basically just shrug their shoulders. I even show them spots where I think they could be getting in but they never do anything about it, they just set trapsUpdate: The new technician they sent handled the problem and got us rodent free for the first time since moving in. Can’t remember his name but he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The complete opposite of the techs they sent in the past. Changed my review to 5 stars“
