My husband and I have been here twice now for a couples massage and a "day date"
the therapists are wonderful.
the amenities are great.
the spa menu and cocktails... not so much!
last time we ordered a glass of wine and got a proper glass!
this time, we ordered a glass of red wine and it came in a tiny plastic champagne flute.... maybe a 3 oz pour? a tasting? its 2 swallows if that!!!!
there is NO way we should be charged for a glass!
what a ripoff after spending almost $400 on a massage!!!!

I come to the spa every other day this time I booked a pedicure and couldn't stay and the girl at the front desk would not let me cancel!!!!!Then gonna ask me if I'm okay with losing the $80!!!!!! I told her why would you even ask me that as if I have another choice!!!!! Spa Kalahari can keep the $80 but I will not be back!!!!! you have lost a very consistent customer!!!!! Then when I ask to see the policy they tell me it's online!!!! But I did not book online!!!!!! So how would I have known!!!!
