Amazinng day at the spa on the more affordable side. Rosa did my facial and Patti the Mother Nuture package. Both were kind, perfect touch, and helpful. RR Location has huge spaces that added to the luxery and it was not so busy.

UPDATE:Their manager called and apologized; their policy is NOT to charge you if you cancel bc of an illness like COVID. She was very gracious and offered an apology and credit. As I said below, I have been going to various Viva locations for years and have had many massage therapists and aestheticians and have always had a positive experience. Highly recommend their spas.

The best!! Got a massage and facial. My husband gave me a gift certificate for my birthday after seeing an ad on Facebook and many hints from me. I had never been to a spa before and was a little nervous for the whole experience. I had to call to book the package I wanted. The person who booked my appointment was extremely nice and helpful. When I arrived the day of my appointment I was greeted by an amazing spa scent and a welcoming front desk host. She walked me to the holding area and offered me a drink.
