“I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Gaddy and the entire team. I came in feeling completely lost, worried, and in urgent need of dental care. Earlier that week, I had gone to a different dental office, but I didn’t feel comfortable with the dentist and decided not to return. From the moment I met Dr. Gaddy, I immediately felt at ease.
Dr. Gaddy took the time to explain my procedure and all of my options, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. I also want to give a special thank you to Sonya, who has been with me from the very beginning and assists Dr. Gaddy during my appointments. Sonya is incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. She always makes me feel comfortable and helps ease my nerves, especially during appointments when I’m feeling anxious or unsure. She is amazing at what she does, and I’m very grateful that she has been part of my care from the start.
The entire team has been wonderful. Even when they aren’t able to get me in as soon as I’d like, they make an effort to reach out when an earlier appointment becomes available. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting both Jennifers, and they have both been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Hanna and Melinda have also been amazing. They always respond quickly to my texts, explain everything clearly, including what I can expect to pay, and even go out of their way to get me any documentation or receipts I need. They have been incredibly understanding and supportive, especially when I was at my most worried and unsure about what to do.
What really stands out is how much attention they pay to the little things. The office is always clean and welcoming. One time, they noticed I was cold and brought me a blanket without me even having to ask. They’ve even helped with little things like applying chapstick when I needed it during my appointment. Those small gestures may seem simple, but when you’re already nervous or uncomfortable, they make such a huge difference and show how much they genuinely care about their patients.
Their communication is also excellent. They follow up with me, remember the questions I’ve asked, make sure nothing gets overlooked, and take the time to make sure I understand everything. I never feel like I’m being rushed or forgotten.
After having a negative experience elsewhere, finding Dr. Gaddy and this team was such a relief. I never feel pressured, I always feel heard, and I know I’m in good hands.
I highly recommend Dr. Gaddy and the entire team to anyone who has had a bad experience at another dental office or is simply looking for a dentist they can trust. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, patience, kindness, and attention they’ve shown me throughout this entire experience.”
