Excellent customer service. Jason Pool was our technician. He did our repair quickly and took the time to carefully explain all that was done. Appreciate his courtesy and knowledge.
Great and fast service plus reasonably priced...I called on a Saturday, Noe installed a new water heater on Sunday and I wasn't charged the typical high "emergency call weekend fee." For them it was business as usual. Can't ask for more. I will definitely call them again when I need it.
Jason & Chris did an AMAZING job installing a new tankless water heater. I called yesterday with a leak in my old heater, and by dinner the next day- we had constant hot water. Extremely helpful with every question and special request I had. I'll definitely be using Kinsey again one day.. highly recommended pros here!
