I had a very bad injury revisit me this past week - I couldn't move and was in extreme pain. I did my research overnight as I contemplated calling 911, going to the hospital, or getting a good chiro. Thankfully, the 5 stars had me waiting until 7:30 am. I called at 7:23 and got an appointment. A few daily visits and I'm back up and moving around 4 days later. I have been negligent on my chiro care post covid but I'm going to sign up for an ongoing service.

I found Dr. Milne under emergency circumstances - an old CrossFit injury from my 30's revisited with a vengeance. I could not sit up, I was walking with crutches, my back was spasming, and I didn't sleep the entire night as I lay on the couch dreading having to move. Luckily he fit me in later that morning when I called him first thing at 7:23 am - a few minutes before he opened. I was so thankful since it was 911 and hospital or Dr. Milne. Driving there was pure torture - when I left, I was already feeling better but not completely healed. I had another visit that week and back the following week. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I can not recommend Dr Milne enough I swear he has to be a wizard or something. He can just look at you and feel your muscles and tell exactly what needs to be done! He even gives you home work! Like exercises and self massage techniques and stretches to help all of your issues. Plus as a woman there’s always that safety aspect of feeling comfortable with a male doctor and I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable with a male doctor before!
