I had a landscaping project, actually it is better described as a problem. I needed to explore a variety of options and paths as to how to solve this problem in my front yard.

I didn't just call them up and tell them what to do. I called them up and described my problem (it related to dealing with a dead tree, but there were many different approaches as to how).

Luis consulted with me across several phone calls so we could figure out the best solution (both in terms of what to actually do -- and financially optimize the solution).

He was highly flexible in helping me problem solve. And he brought me ideas and options that I wasn't even aware of.

As a result we came up with a great custom plan.
