Referral, intake, patient portal, and facilities were all too grade experiences. As were the nice ladies in the front desk. The vet tech that we were with was not very caring or compassionate with our loved one. Our pup was nervous and we explained it. When we asked if he or we could carry her instead of drag her with her leash he told us it would be alright. We informed him that she might need to p but she would not for us before we came inside and he said they would make her pee. My American Akita needed an MRI to find out the cause of his neck/spinal pain. Since the vet he’s normally seeing was overcharging, I decided to do the MRI at SAGE because of the significant price difference.
I must say I was a bit hesitant at first after reading some negative reviews. My dog has chronic kidney failure complexing his case because of different anesthesia. This made it his case a bit more complex.
