I had a bed bug problem I tried to take care of myself, in short didnt work. So I called Titan, in 1-3 days the owner was at my apt. for a quick inspection of my unit. He gave me an upfront affordable cost, and a detailed explanation of how and what they would be doing to remedy my bed bug problem. After paying the invoice they were at my apt. with in 2 weeks and were incredibly thorough, clean, efficient and professional and incredibly knowledgeable about my particular situation. If I ever need pest control services again I will definitely be calling Titan.
