This company handles the pest control at my apartment complex, Tramor Oak Run and they’re basically just trap setters. We’ve had rodents in our apartment for the entire two years we’ve lived here because all they do is set traps and sometimes they catch one but it does nothing to solve the problem. I always ask them if they can find out how the rodents are getting in and start there but they basically just shrug their shoulders. We used this company cause we had a so e pest issues. Matthew came u. And gave us a complete run down on how to make sure these little guys don't come back (roaches). He was professional well spoken and had plenty of answers for our questions. Needless to say we will be using there services from now on. Great company and great service!
