“I am 57 years old and always wanted to try yoga. After losing 40 lbs (and meeting Zelinda) I decided this was the time. The beginner series is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I haven’t felt uncomfortable or intimidated at all. Zelinda makes sure everyone is comfortable and is great about showing different ways to do things if the stretch or pose is uncomfortable. I love this place and plan on continuing after the beginner series.“
