My experience I have to separate from the shock of cancer itself. I had some frustrating points and felt at times on the pipeline going too fast, but at every point each person there helped me through my issues. I can't speak from a financial standpoint as I have OHP, but even then I was able to speak with the social services section for transportation and grocery help. My doctor, Sara Matar was always candid to me which normally I vibe well with but after I lost my hair I found more comfort in Dr Gabby who works with her, and was less resistant to the hard things ahead. Dr Sara saw this and made sure Dr Gabby was who I saw more often which built my trust in everyone overall. The doctors aren't there to listen to all your emotions but they can handle some- it's best to go to the navigators for emotional things and tools and groups, and to social services for practical needs. The doctors help you to read all your levels and scans and make the best decision from their experience on what has the most chance to keep you alive. Any time a rapid response is called, many of the team stop what they're doing and show up so you're not without help if something goes awry. They can't promise it's all sunshine and rainbows, but they are trying to help you and there's risks involved which are hard to agree to but you're fighting for your life. I found solace in saying hi to other patients and laughing with the workers who do the infusions. It's ok to say you're afraid, they'll reassure you they can save lives. I'm 39 with triple negative, and chemo didn't work right away so we have to change our approach which is scary. I went from full time work, warehouse, to having to step back and do all new things with a bunch of appointments. Cancer is a full time job! Communicate, be civil, it's ok to cry, it's ok to repeat your wishes and stand on them (mine was firmly believing we should cut first then do chemo- and it turns out that's what we have to do).

I inherited a bunion on my left foot and it has always bothered me. I had corrective surgery done by Dr. Dekorte in October of 2023 and I am super pleased with the results. He made me feel at ease with every step of the process from surgery through the healing and recovery. Dr. Dekorte and his staff were very personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone considering foot surgery.

We hired Terri to officiate our Wedding. We asked about a ring/handfasting ceremony. She said she had done a handfasting before but not doing an infinity knot. I sent her some videos and she practiced and came up with her own way to do it. We practiced at rehearsal and it work perfectly. The ceremony was perfect, everything was perfect. I've had at least four cars done by these guys. They do an excellent job at a very good price. Nobody else in town does as good a work as they do nor pays as much attention to detail as they do. Others charge more and do less.
The language barrier is rough, but the ladies are so nice and open for walk-ins 7 days a week. Aside from the riffraff out front, it was clean and smells neutral.

I had a wonderful experience at Summer Aesthetics! I booked a spray tan before a vacation and was honestly very apprehensive about showing so much skin. From the moment I walked in, Summer made me feel completely comfortable, and by the end of my appointment, all of my reservations were gone.
I was also worried about turning orange because I’m very fair-skinned, and that had been my experience with spray tans in the past. That wasn’t the case at all! She customized the color specifically for my skin tone, and the result was a beautiful, natural-looking bronze. Even better, it faded evenly without ever looking patchy or orange.
I followed her aftercare tips, and my tan lasted a full seven days, looking great the entire time.
I also have to mention that she fit me in on very short notice before my trip, which I truly appreciated. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional.

The lounge is incredible and I would recommend it to anyone. The Himalayan Salt room is truly one of a kind. Their red-light therapy dry sauna is spacious and clean. They offer showers and ask that you use them prior to using either their steam sauna or the cold plunge- both are wonderful and you’d be missing out if you declined the opportunity to use them.
Selena, a member of the amazing the front office staff, is an excellent advocate of self care and really takes the time to listen to your needs when it comes to offering products and services. She has a heart for service and genuinely cares for the clients.
I had my first-ever facial today with Christine and had to take a minute to sing her praise as well. I spent 60 minutes her, and every moment was intentional and so full of care. Christine truly listened to my skin concerns. The products used were truly organic and left my skin feeling wonderful. Even after the service, she offered products that made sense and would help my skin thrive. During the session she was calm, soft-spoken and just exuded zen. I fully intend to see her again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I have thought about getting permanent makeup and tattooing my eyebrows for a very long time, and I am so glad I waited until I found Braquel! Not only is she very skilled and professional (also extremely clean and tidy) but she really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She executed my eyebrows! I really couldn’t be happier with my results and I will definitely be back for more of the esthetic services she offers as well!

Despite the extended time it took for HAIM to complete my daughter's tattoo, the end result was truly amazing. HAIM's attention to detail and dedication to creating a perfect piece was evident, but it did result in a much longer appointment than anticipated. However, we are extremely satisfied with the final product and would highly recommend HAIM.

Got my eyebrow and Daith done by Sonja, she is fantastic, does it super quick you barely feel anything. Neither of them have ever got infected either, also lots of cleaning salt which works very well. Very good prices I recommend cutting up studio 100%
Discovered a leak between well and house but didn’t know where. They sent someone out within 2 hours and located the leak within 15 minutes. Then, sent a plumber out to repair leak all in the same day. I appreciate their promptness and professional equally

American Leak Detection was amazing! We knew we had a serious leak, and we first called Hukills to come find the leak. After 5 1/2 hours, and $1400, they left without finding anything. We called American Leak Detection and they came out and found the leak within 35 minutes, for less than half. They were fast, efficient and affordable. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll never call anyone else!

No nonsense, friendly, get-the-job-done business. They cut 10 keys in a matter of a few minutes. They have an assortment of padlocks, door lock accessories, etc.
Lar came as planned on time and very friendly/professional. He rekeyed all my doors and even installed a sliding door lock so my doggy door set up is secure. I can’t say enough great things about Anthony and his team. When I first met him, I had a really good feeling about the type of person he is - feelings evoked such as honesty, integrity, and experience.
His assessment and pricing of our foundation issues confirmed those feelings right away.
The work was excellent and his keen eye to detail identified a few other smaller issues that he just went ahead and took care of within the proposal price.
He and his crew mobilized and completed the work with efficiency. He communicated updates regularly. Connor was excellent as were the supporting crew.
The end product spoke for itself and the crew did an excellent job with site clean up.
Anthony’s professional approach to construction services no longer seems to be common practice in this current day and age - but it is refreshing that contractors like this are still out there doing their thing.

Kenny (owner) recently installed Govee permanent lights on my 2nd-story ADU, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was prompt in his communication, did exactly what he said he would, and completed the job quickly and perfectly. He paid extra attention to details - such as how the light will look/land in the peak of the roofline, the side lights (which I use as security lights at night), and perfect spacing to get all the lights JUST RIGHT! The lights look fantastic, and his pricing was very fair. Kenny is honest, trustworthy, and truly delivers great value — well worth every penny. Had an old Ash tree split in a recent wind event and needed help getting it out before it fell on the house. These guys went well out of their way to get out here the same day I called to spend a few hours getting weight off the side of the tree that was immediately threatening the house.
They came back and knocked the rest of the tree out and did a stellar job cleaning up afterwards. Couldn't be more appreciative and will absolutely be using these guys again!

Moved from out of state a few months ago and my crown fell off. I Called to get established as a new patient and get my crown fixed. They were so accommodating, and got me in quickly! The front office staff, hygienist and the dentist I saw were all so friendly and wonderful. Got my crown fixed and got my whole family established as patients. Happy to have found this office!
There was a problem with the new office software. My hygienist tried several times and asked other staff for help but decided to get photos of my teeth at the next appointment. No problem with me and everyone there is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional.

The permanent crown on rear tooth wasn't a good fit from Dr Bradshaw's perspective, although I couldn't see it and it felt fine. He could have let it go but was upfront with me from the get go. I am very impressed and grateful that his level of integrity and honesty were on display and are a value in this office.

I recently had a dental emergency and he got me in within the hour. I couldn't ask for a more professional and courteous dentist office and I highly recommend them.
I have received excellent care from Dr Zimmer and his nurse. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I was able to book return appointments easily. Dr Zimmer and his nurse always made sure I understood everything. He also referred me to another specialist for addional care. I felt this was very caring on his part.
I inherited a bunion on my left foot and it has always bothered me. I had corrective surgery done by Dr. Dekorte in October of 2023 and I am super pleased with the results. He made me feel at ease with every step of the process from surgery through the healing and recovery. Dr. Dekorte and his staff were very personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone considering foot surgery.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kelty. We was very thorough and took time to assess and evaluate my pain and neck issues. He was very careful and knew that I was in a lot of pain. He ordered x-rays of my neck and recommended ice and Aleve. I am feeling much better today and can move my neck with very little pain.

Dr. Wicklund is a wonderful vet. We had such a nice experience saying goodbye to our dog, Cheerio, because of her. She was thoughtful in explaining the euthanasia process and very compassionate. It is so nice that she makes it possible to say goodbye in the comfort of home. We are very thankful for the experience even though it was a sad ocassion. I highly recommend her.

I have been going here for7 years with different pets. Dr. Tegarden was recommended to me by my veterinarian in Klamath Falls when we moved to the Rogue Valley. It's a bit of a drive from Eagle Point, but well worth it. The staff and all of the different doctors I have seen over the years have been great. Very pleased with their care for my pets.

I called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.
