Had a great experience with my hair dresser Carissa. She gave me a layered cut and a full color correction. She was sweet and focused and had great customer service. She wasn’t pushy with product up sales but the salon had some good products for sale. I recommend her both for color and cut. The salon was spacious and had fun music playing and was priced very fairly. The only criticism I have is the stations and decor was very outdated and could use a revamp to make it a better experience. Also the nail salon product smell is very strong in the hair salon and a commercial air purifier seems needed.

I've been trying for years to find a place to take my teenage sons to get their hair cut--(we have tried so many different places in the valley, and no one has been a repeat--some in fact have been really bad!) both of my sons have drastically different hair types, very naturally curly and one super straight and fine. They're each very picky about their hair. We discovered the Gentlemen's Den from a recommendation from my teenage son's friend (who also has very curly hair) and we are so glad we did! My curly haired son loves the way Carrie cuts his hair, she does an amazing job! And my other son with fine straight hair was so happy with the way Nikki listened to him and talked him through what she understood he wanted, then delivered the perfect cut for him! We will for sure be back and we're so happy to have found a permanent place to land for their haircuts!

Being disabled and with extremely limited mobility, bending, and holding certain positions for extended lengths of time, if even at all, is an issue for me. After clarifying this to the staff, they were able to accommodate them, allowing me to receive services. The technician was extremely helpful and understanding, going out of her way. It was very much appreciated and made all the difference. I will be scheduling repeat appointments in the future.

My updo lasted all night and most of my friends were very pleased with their hair as well! My only recommendation is to double-check prices before you receive services. They'd increased over 40% from what was online and what we were told 3 weeks earlier, and we weren't told until services were complete and there was no choice but to pay.

Office staff is courteous. My appointment with the doctor was on time. The doc was friendly, skilled and thorough. He found one suspicious spot which he took out for a biopsy (after numbing the area first). As mentioned, his staff phoned me in a week or so to say the spot was benign. The doc requested I return in six weeks to confirm the biopsy area had healed properly. I can recommend the medical office wholeheartedly!

15 Sep 23 - called this plumbing company because our toilet in our bedroom was making a lot of noise every time you flush it. They said they would send a plumber around noon to fix it. Sure enough the plumber called to tell us that he was on his way to our house and arrived on time. It did not take him long to replace the valve inside the toilet. Highly recommend this plumbing company because they are efficient and their prices are reasonable.

I can’t say enough great things about Anthony and his team. When I first met him, I had a really good feeling about the type of person he is - feelings evoked such as honesty, integrity, and experience.
His assessment and pricing of our foundation issues confirmed those feelings right away.
The work was excellent and his keen eye to detail identified a few other smaller issues that he just went ahead and took care of within the proposal price.
He and his crew mobilized and completed the work with efficiency. He communicated updates regularly. Connor was excellent as were the supporting crew.
The end product spoke for itself and the crew did an excellent job with site clean up.
Anthony’s professional approach to construction services no longer seems to be common practice in this current day and age - but it is refreshing that contractors like this are still out there doing their thing.

We just had John and Ryan install a new hardwood floor (red oak) to match existing floor. This was for a bedroom converted to dining room. We have had lots of contractors over the years, but truly John and Ryan were the best. Outstanding professional work. Fair price. Kept us informed. Met their commitments regarding timing. Kept us informed every step of the process. We are also going to have them return in a year or so to refurbish the existing floors while we are out of town. Yes, we would absolutely trust them with our house while we were away.

GOOD PEOPLES !!! I'm in a log home had my windows replaced by And*********. The material was very good but the follow up though was not up to par on log homes. It took two years to get it to a stand still and then it still was not right we got a hold of "ALPINE CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL". Everything went just right . Alpine came out and did an estimate, list of fixes, time frame and other things I did not Know.
They came out at the time the said and went right to work. They showed me the problems as we went along (I did not get in the way, to much). They did an excellent job and clean up. I think they did more than they had to [don't tell the boss, Gary ].
Now working on redoing the bathroom and then just about everything else that needs it.

Through Home Depot, I met Chris and his Dad who were the ones that installed our carpet. It was a carpet with a pattern in it so there has to be a high degree of skill involved to make the patterns match where the seams come together. I watched this process and still have a hard time seeing the seam. These guys were friendly and very professional. They did great work and left the place clean. I would definitely use them again.

I called in asking lots of questions about a pest control situation I was unsure about. I spoke with Justin who was such a great listener and was super patient in responding to all the things that I had inquired about and my concerns. In the end, my situation didn't warrant the need to have anyone come out for treatment. Justin could have very easily told me that he had to come out and charge me for something that was unnecessary. Instead, Justin was honest and forthright and displayed integrity in not ripping me off. I will definitely use Justin's company in the future (should I need them), and will refer his services to friends and family.

I would absolutely highly recommend going with spraymasters for any pest control issues! I saw a rat in my garage, and I called the next day and Trevor came out that day to come take a look. He was back the very next morning patching holes, and setting traps for us. This whole team is so kind, quick, and thorough. UPDATED. I'm really happy with their work for my house. They took a weed-filled, crab grass yard and laid out my design perfectly and with their own suggestions and expertise. Everyone is professional and they were quite speedy yet maintained quality and craftsmanship. Highly recommend Hersson, his dad and their crew.
UPDATE: Our dog wouldn't play in the yard with bark because it was hurting his feet so we had to make the decision to remove it and add sod. The team at Natures Landscape came out only a few days after my email and worked the same level of professionalism to create our new hard and gave us an incredible rate. I highly recommend them and trust them to do as good a job as they would do if it was their own yard and their own dog.

My son recommended them as they had done work for him. Anna was prompt to come give estimate. Crew were able to come early, we added on an extra tree removal and prune on a third tree. A very professional group, worked together well, clean up was very good even though it was raining some. I would highly recommend them for tree removal, stump grinding and pruning. From check in to check out, this is the dental office you want your dental work to be done. From the dental exam check up, my dentist diligently tracked and completed all the work that needed to be done on schedule and at my own pace. I never had any lingering persistent discomfort after my appointments and my recovery was speedy with a better mouth. My dental staff hygienist, dental assistant and dentist were very professional and made me comfortable during my visits. Whenever I sat in that dental chair, I felt special and safe and trusted in their professionalism all the way throughout my 5 appointments completing my treatment schedule, not to mention my dental hygienist who is always professional and nice. their tooth puller ripped my front teeth out and in doing so hurt the back of my jaw. as for the dentures they fit so poorly I can't eat. I do not recommend them for any dental work!

I went in asking Dr. Sheehan to adjust me because I was thinking I had a pinched nerve and just needed an adjustment. I am so very grateful that he wouldn't. Because of my symptoms he urged me to talk to my primary. 2 months later I had C4-C5 spinal fusion. Had he adjusted me like I requested I very likely could have been paralyzed. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Sheehan, without his knowledge, compassion and persistence my life could have taken a totally different turn.

I called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.
The establishment is tucked in the back but not difficult to find. I had the pleasure of working with Morgann for our three dogs, two of which just required baths and an undercoat blow out. Our French Brittany required a major haircut as we like him cut down so he doesn't get dreads, mats. He's 10 and looks like a pup again. So soft, all of them. She did a great job on all and their nails were done as well. Prices are reasonable and as with any establishment it depends on the condition of your dog when brought in, as well as what you want, need done. I would recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be going back when in town.
