Tropic Air and their employees are awesome. Over the years they have replaced my entire HVAC system. And also installed a mini split in my garage which I really enjoy on these hot days and of course cold winter days. Their service is great And they are very reasonably priced. If I could give 10 stars, I would! My old gas water heater just gave up overnight, and these guys came to the rescue with a fast response and flawless installation of a new tankless water heater. The entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly stress-free. They left everything spotless and even hauled away the old water heater for me. Great service, great communication, and quality work from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough!
We recommend Accurate Plumbing 100%. They have saved us several times now from a water heater leak and other plumbing issues. They were on time, efficient and professional. They also did not overcharge and are very reasonable. We had a weekend call, knowing it would be more expensive, but when I received the bill, it was way under what I thought it would be. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and you can tell she's truly mastered her craft. From the fade to the trim, everything was flawless. I had a wonderful experience at Summer Aesthetics! I booked a spray tan before a vacation and was honestly very apprehensive about showing so much skin. From the moment I walked in, Summer made me feel completely comfortable, and by the end of my appointment, all of my reservations were gone.
I was also worried about turning orange because I’m very fair-skinned, and that had been my experience with spray tans in the past. That wasn’t the case at all! She customized the color specifically for my skin tone, and the result was a beautiful, natural-looking bronze. Even better, it faded evenly without ever looking patchy or orange.
I followed her aftercare tips, and my tan lasted a full seven days, looking great the entire time.
I also have to mention that she fit me in on very short notice before my trip, which I truly appreciated. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience exceptional.

I took my niece here and it was so nice and much quieter than the other nail salons. She really enjoyed the bamboo decorations here also. We also enjoyed watching the bee and butterfly videos on their TV. Highly recommend if you need a calm an environment without it being too overstimulated.

Symone was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, kind, and handled a pretty chaotic environment so well. There was a sales rep giving a presentation and blasting music during my appointment, and while demonstrating a product, the rep accidentally burned my scalp. Even though it was completely out of Symone’s control, she was very apologetic and made sure I was okay.
Most importantly, Symone did an amazing job on my hair. I only paid $12 for a cut and style, but I honestly would have gladly paid much more for the service I received. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and was incredibly professional.
I will definitely be following Symone after she graduates and would gladly become a regular client. Highly recommend her!

Despite the extended time it took for HAIM to complete my daughter's tattoo, the end result was truly amazing. HAIM's attention to detail and dedication to creating a perfect piece was evident, but it did result in a much longer appointment than anticipated. However, we are extremely satisfied with the final product and would highly recommend HAIM.

Constantly asked if I was okay and if I wanted to keep going. They only take cash but have a ATM available. Zero complaints.

American Leak Detection was amazing! We knew we had a serious leak, and we first called Hukills to come find the leak. After 5 1/2 hours, and $1400, they left without finding anything. We called American Leak Detection and they came out and found the leak within 35 minutes, for less than half. They were fast, efficient and affordable. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll never call anyone else!

They did a great job! We had our carpets and grout in the shower cleaned. We have dogs so it needed the pet enzyme. I think it worked really well! They were easy to schedule with, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely hire them back again in the future.
Palma Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job. They showed up on time, were very professional, and treated my home with care. My carpets look and smell brand new, and they got out stains I thought were permanent. The service was fast, affordable, and honestly better than I expected. I can’t say enough great things about Anthony and his team. When I first met him, I had a really good feeling about the type of person he is - feelings evoked such as honesty, integrity, and experience.
His assessment and pricing of our foundation issues confirmed those feelings right away.
The work was excellent and his keen eye to detail identified a few other smaller issues that he just went ahead and took care of within the proposal price.
He and his crew mobilized and completed the work with efficiency. He communicated updates regularly. Connor was excellent as were the supporting crew.
The end product spoke for itself and the crew did an excellent job with site clean up.
Anthony’s professional approach to construction services no longer seems to be common practice in this current day and age - but it is refreshing that contractors like this are still out there doing their thing.

Kenny (owner) recently installed Govee permanent lights on my 2nd-story ADU, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was prompt in his communication, did exactly what he said he would, and completed the job quickly and perfectly. He paid extra attention to details - such as how the light will look/land in the peak of the roofline, the side lights (which I use as security lights at night), and perfect spacing to get all the lights JUST RIGHT! The lights look fantastic, and his pricing was very fair. Kenny is honest, trustworthy, and truly delivers great value — well worth every penny. There was a problem with the new office software. My hygienist tried several times and asked other staff for help but decided to get photos of my teeth at the next appointment. No problem with me and everyone there is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional.

My extended family has been going to Summit Family Dental Care for decades and we have always found them extremely personable and clinically excellent. My most recent experience with Dr. Ericson is really quite unbelievable. In short, he did what no one else in my adult life has been able to do, which is match the color and quality of a front cap to the rest of my teeth. He did everything possible, and would have done more if necessary, to get it right and make me feel confident with my smile. He was personally committed to my satisfaction and I can't thank him/them enough. The entire team, including assistants, were involved and were amazing.

The permanent crown on rear tooth wasn't a good fit from Dr Bradshaw's perspective, although I couldn't see it and it felt fine. He could have let it go but was upfront with me from the get go. I am very impressed and grateful that his level of integrity and honesty were on display and are a value in this office.

I have received excellent care from Dr Zimmer and his nurse. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I was able to book return appointments easily. Dr Zimmer and his nurse always made sure I understood everything. He also referred me to another specialist for addional care. I felt this was very caring on his part.
I inherited a bunion on my left foot and it has always bothered me. I had corrective surgery done by Dr. Dekorte in October of 2023 and I am super pleased with the results. He made me feel at ease with every step of the process from surgery through the healing and recovery. Dr. Dekorte and his staff were very personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone considering foot surgery.

It was my initial appointment there and I was very pleased with the result. Dr. Wood or Reed(can't remember who i saw)was very positive and enthusiastic. He asked a lot of pertinent questions and he really listened when I talked. Even though it was my 1st time he helped as much as he could and showed me some stretches that I can do at home until our next meeting.

Dr. Wicklund is a wonderful vet. We had such a nice experience saying goodbye to our dog, Cheerio, because of her. She was thoughtful in explaining the euthanasia process and very compassionate. It is so nice that she makes it possible to say goodbye in the comfort of home. We are very thankful for the experience even though it was a sad ocassion. I highly recommend her.

I have been going here for7 years with different pets. Dr. Tegarden was recommended to me by my veterinarian in Klamath Falls when we moved to the Rogue Valley. It's a bit of a drive from Eagle Point, but well worth it. The staff and all of the different doctors I have seen over the years have been great. Very pleased with their care for my pets.

I called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.
