“Updated Review July 2026. Valley immediate care is still great for urgent situations, but not urgent enough to warrant an ER trip. They handle car accidents well, lab on site is great for when xrays are needed, and the staff is still awesome. Never had a bad experience at the South Medford VIC and every provider I have seen has always been thoughtful, caring and considerate. Some even with a great sense of humor. Front desk workers always greet patients with a smile and good attitude. My wait time this go around wasn't too bad at all. I was checked in, xrays, results and everything within 2 hours. Thanks Valley Immediate care! Recommend to family and friends all the time.

I have always received great care from VIC. Wait times are a little long occasionally due to covid, but it's to be expected. Nothing outrageous. I have visited numerous times and all providers have been very understanding, and definitely want to get to the bottom of your issue. This last time I went I was treated by a very kind P.A. who really took his time and did a very through overview, ran proper tests and sent me home with peace of mind. The tech who drew my blood was quick, easy to talk to and also kind. All around my last visit was great and would recommend anyone needing urgent care, to visit Valley immediate care. “Wait was reasonable (about an hour), all staff were kind, patient and friendly. Medical staff very thorough and knowledgeable. Medications and x-rays were promptly ordered and staff called again to keep me informed. Overall wonderful experience even while ill.“
