“We came in twice this week (9/28 & 9/30) just before closing for my 4 year old son, the front desk lady is EXACTLY what you hope you get when having to go to urgent care, she was patient, kind, and super sweet to my son letting him bounce a bouncy ball all over the empty lobby, giving him compliments and making a typically less than pleasant event as ideal as possible. I can’t hype her up enough, people forget that receptionist and front desk representative are one of the most important faces of a business. They can make or ruin in this case a less than favorable evening. And she made ours, I wish I got her name, she has a 5 year old Grandson named Briggs.”
