Brent spent a lot of time with me going over a plan for a ductless mini-split system in our older two-story home. He was available for lots of questions via text and answered promptly. The crew that installed our system was hardworking and nice to be around. They installed four heads in two days. There were some issues with clean-up, which they came back to deal with when called. The heat pump makes an awful squealing noise, which we only hear when in our driveway, and sometimes the units emit a bad smell. I'd say a 4.5 for customer service and a 4 for satisfaction with the project as a whole. We paid $16,500 for four heads and one heat pump.
