We hired Kim from Rogue Plumbing to do some renovation plumbing in a manufactured home we are remodeling after purchasing it. We were at a disadvantage trying to manage the project from California with no one living in the home, but Kim was prompt and professional, showed up when he promised and left everything looking and working perfectly. He sent us photos so we could see what was done and explained our options so we could make good decisions. Kim is fantastic! He made time to come out same day to fix an urgent issue. I had called around 10 other plumbers and everyone was scheduled out 10+ days, or didn't return my call. Kim is the best plumber period. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing. Very friendly and polite gentleman. Very affordable as well. Initial timeframe was 4-5 weeks but did the job perfectly in half the time.Rogue Plumbing has done plumbing in the Rogue Valley for a long time and Kim is the reason why. We used many plumbers before and Kim is the best bar none. My wife and I are really happy with our new faucet the Kim professionally installed in a timely manner. He also fixes a leak as well.
