It’s helpful to schedule an apt prior, for the staff and for yourself because they are super busy. I imagine this is bc they are fantastic! That being said, the owner was so kind and accommodating. My nail technicians were amazing and hospitable. No pressure at all to upsell or to get something I didn’t request. I’ll be returning as a regular :)

Being disabled and with extremely limited mobility, bending, and holding certain positions for extended lengths of time, if even at all, is an issue for me. After clarifying this to the staff, they were able to accommodate them, allowing me to receive services. The technician was extremely helpful and understanding, going out of her way. It was very much appreciated and made all the difference. I will be scheduling repeat appointments in the future.
