Essential. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to see Kyle. His work heals my body and his heart makes me feel safe and cared for.

If you’ve never tried this type of bodywork, you have no idea what you are missing. It’s not magic but you might think it is with how good you feel after. It’s not a panacea, it directly addresses the causes of imbalance and tension by releasing those causes and putting you back in alignment. You even walk taller after.

Can’t sing his praises highly enough.

My first appointment with Kyle was very good. He listens intently to what your issues are and addresses them. He even texted me some specific shoulder exercises and recommend a couple of books after the session. I will be going back!!!
