I have been a loyal customer of my favorite stylist and salon for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that they are the best in the business! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and my stylist is an absolute gem. She always takes the time to listen to my needs and desires, and has a keen eye for what will work best for me. This salon is my happy place. From the moment I walk in the door I feel pampered and acknowledged. I have been with Sara for 20 years and she has NEVER DISAPPOINTED. She listens to my wants and needs and executes them perfectly. The salon is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and tastefully decorated. Full service. I have been going to firefly for over 10 years. It is a relaxing experience every time! Sarah is very good at what she does and she is an extremely hard worker. After years of having long hair, Sarah gave me a short cut and I love it.
