My Bella is 15 years old, and desperately needed her teeth pulled after multiple emergency visits on her mouth.West Main took such good care of her during her surgery. They kept in communication during her procedure, called throughout the time to check on her and how she was doing after.I was definitely a nervous wreck leaving her since this was Bella’s first visit with this vet. But, I have to say how happy I am to have found a vet place that is as respectful, and caring about both the pet and owner.They didn’t judge or talk down at me as a pet owner like I’ve had experienced at other places. Excellent customer service. Vets and staff are truly compassionate and caring. Prices are a bit higher than expected, however not unrealistic in this economy for a small veterinary practice.
It was with great saddness that I had to put my little dog down on Monday. Dr. Teagarden was so compassionate, loving and respectful to me and my beloved Lucy. I will be forever greatful.
